Len is a longtime resident of Michigan's beautiful, scenic Upper Peninsula, who spent a great deal of his youth deep in the southland, in eastern
Kentucky, stomping up and down the foothills of the Appalachian mountains.
Graduating in 1997 from a private school in the eastern UP, he went directly into college at Devry Institute of Technology, in Columbus, Ohio,
studying for a degree in Electronic Tech.
Through a strange twist of fate he was granted the chance to fulfill a lifelong dream, and pursue a career in the US Merchant Marine, sailing
aboard the freighters that ply their trade across the Great Lakes.
Len has always had a deep and abiding love for the arts and expressing himself. (even if it meant doing or making something that may seem weird
or silly to others), and since 2001, he has poured his heart and soul into Pit Viper Studios, located right in downtown Ishpeming, Michigan.
As for the studio, he has enjoyed seeing what was once just a hobby in a small corner of his living room blossom and grow into a full fledged
studio, now in the process of expanding into its new 3,900 square foot space.
Pit Viper Studios has had its ups and downs since its founding, but through it all it has steadily moved forward, as the staff's skills and expertise
grow, along with the scope of the work they are able to do.
It has been a fantastic ride so far, seeing so many peoples hopes and dreams made reality, and Len can't hardly wait to see where we will go from
here.
